Root Canal Treatment (Endodontics)

Root canal therapy involves removing infected pulp tissue from inside the tooth and filling the root canals with a special material.
It is often the only way to save a tooth from extraction when decay or injury has reached the nerve.

Before treatment, we perform a thorough diagnosis, including X-rays to assess the number, shape, and condition of root canals. The procedure is carried out under local anesthesia, ensuring complete comfort and a pain-free experience.

Root Canal Treatment

Microscope-assisted endodontics

Our dental practice uses an operating microscope,
which allows for high magnification and precision.
This enables the dentist to locate even narrow or extra canals and clean them thoroughly.
The canals are shaped using both manual and rotary instruments,
irrigated with disinfecting solutions, and then tightly sealed to prevent reinfection.
After successful root canal treatment,
the tooth can function normally for many years.
To reinforce the treated tooth,
we often perform a prosthetic restoration
– for instance, placing a crown –
which helps prevent it from fracturing.
Thanks to modern technology and gentle anesthesia,
root canal treatment in our dental practice is
painless, precise, and an effective way to save your natural tooth.
